This week’s challenge: Spring!
As we’re wandering the Argentinian Andes and only entering winter here, it’s hard to think about spring everywhere else… Nevertheless, here or there, there is proof enough of the season changing… Picture taken on Vail Pass, CO, USA.

This is my favourite photo from this week’s challenge. Amid all the pictures of birds, flowers and baby animals, nothing says spring to me like this expression of nature emerging from winter.
Thank you so much, Jenny, for such a strong vote of confidence. Have yourself a wonderful spring!!!
What a great representation of Spring. This is my favourite this week.
😀 So glad to read your comment! I’m so happy to have realized I had such a picture in store…
Wonderful photo! We both were thinking of birds of paradise today 🙂
Apparently, we did! I didn’t even know the name of the flower, thanks for telling me! 😉
Nice perspective! Sally
practically had to lie down in the snow to take that shot but it sure was worthwhile! thanks for your words too!
This is fantastic!
It was indeed quite a sight when I saw it last time I roamed Colorado!
Glad you liked it!
Safe and enjoyable travels. We had a bit of spring that looked like this in the Chicago area some weeks ago. But I think spring has legimately arrived now. It’s about time.

Thank you Janet! Argentina promises to be a land of bounty again, I know we’ll have plenty to share and tell you about!
Enjoy Spring in Chicago! You definitely deserve it after the past snowstorm! We’ll enjoy the one coming here soon so Raul can see snow for the first time! (can’t wait to take a picture of him making a snowman, if possible!)
