Triacastela – Sarria
24 kms (total: 697 kms).
5 hours and 38 minutes (+ 1h10 of breakfast and photo breaks).
6 – 23 °C., overcast in the morning and sunny in the afternoon.
Favorites: eerie moments in the forest, where we felt like witches, wizards, fairies were all around us; the sun warming us up; the green scenery all around us.
Downs: start walking being a little cold for the humidity around us; feeling much more tired than usual 5 kms before the end of the day’s walk; is approaching Santiago making us feel blue already?
Stayed at Casa Olga (triple room for 10€/each), in Triacastela. But visited Jesús & Pilar at Albergue Atrio which seemed so much more cozy and homely.
Today, we stayed on our own and enjoyed the walk without meeting too many new people, except our daily meeting with Jesús & Pilar once we all arrived in Sarria.

Les Petits Pas de Juls 
is approaching Santiago making us feel blue already? – one of the popular YouTube thru hikers got asked a question recently as to how to cope with the after thru hike blues… LOL LOL LOL This guy who is 6’4 feet fall and walks 40-50 miles (64-80 km) a day, no kidding, right?, tried to keep his mind occupied at all times by doing many things… but obviously, we all know that not only he but every thru hikers feel not whole. Till they are back on the trail again… You know what I am talking about.
Definitely! and look what we do, we keep talking about it, 3 months later!
