It’s been cold and cloudy lately in Paris. It makes me lazy. I haven’t gone out shooting or discovering for some time now. I should get back… Meanwhile, I share (again) a street photography I snapped earlier this spring, which, in my taste, is perfectly apt for today’s theme and my state of mind.

[Fr] Ça fait plusieurs jours qu’il fait froid et nuageux à Paris. Ça me rend paresseuse. Je ne suis pas sortie faire des photos ou découvrir de nouveaux endroits depuis un moment déjà. Je devrais y retourner… En attendant, je (re)partage une photo de rue que j’ai prise plus tôt ce printemps et qui, à mon avis, répond bien au thème du jour et représente bien mon état d’esprit du moment.

[Es] París vive en el frio y bajo las nubes desde hace unos días. No me da ganas de hacer nada. No he ido a descubrir nuevos lugares o a sacar fotos desde mucho tiempo. Debería intentar de nuevo… Mientras tanto, les comparto (otra vez) una foto callejera que saque en la primavera y que, en mi opinión, representa bien el tema de hoy y refleja mi estado de ánimo del momento.

I’ve been feeling that way today, honey. Many cloudy days ahead of us here, so I’m glad we just enjoyed some sunshine at the beach last week. Curl up with a good book!
I curl up with yoga and a movie at the theater lately. It’s been good.
Maybe I’ll be wanting to go out and take pictures again soon…

It’s not that cold yet in Paris but way too cold for October anyway. Were we up in the mountains, I wouldn’t mind, I’d be cosy by a fireplace, ready to watch the snow fall. But in town, it never truly feels the same…
