This week’s challenge: Orange you glad it’s photo challenge time!
Orange is not one the colors I usually snap at. But I still have a few (old) pics’ that I like with that color around. The beach and butterfly were found in Costa Rica, the burning candles in Mexico, autumn leaves in UK, a stunning flower in France, quite the sunset in Chile and colorful monks in Laos.
How orange will your week-end be?
[Es] Naranja no es uno de los colores que me atraen para sacar fotos. Pero, todavía tengo unas (antiguas) fotos que me gustan con éste color. La playa y la mariposa de Costa Rica, las velas de México, las hojas de otoño en Inglaterra, una flor hermosa en Francia, un atardecer increíble en Chile y monjes coloridos en Laos.
¿Qué tanto naranja su fin de semana?
[Fr] Le orange n’est pas forcément ma couleur préférée pour faire des photos. Mais j’en ai quand même quelques unes (dans mes vieux dossiers) qui me plaisent et qui exposent cette couleur. La plage et le papillon au Costa Rica, les bougies au Mexique, les feuilles d’automne en Angleterre, une jolie fleur en France, un superbe coucher de soleil au Chili et les moines colorés du Laos.

Love it! I adore orange and went through a phase where I tried to wear it. That didn’t work, though I kept trying. Now I just accent my apartment with it. Voila! 🙂
As I said, it’s not my favorite color, but I found a dress orange and black in Vietnam that I wore for many a wedding where I was invited and I really really like it! But it’s the only thing I can wear in that color. Now, decorating your house orange is another story and must give it a punch! Love the idea!

😉 funny to see I haven’t found anything orange worth shooting in Paris as of yet! But now that I’ve seen the potential of the color in pictures, I’ll be looking at orange things around me more thoroughly.
