A good surprise this week was waiting for me on my Viewbug page: « Climbing Villarica Volcano, » which I had entered in the « Hiking Photo Contest » was chosen for the Staff Favorite Award! I took it 2 years ago on the way back down from a tedious hike up the Volcano in the Lake District of Chile. You can relive the whole story, here.

[Es] Una hermosa sorpresa me esperaba esta semana en mi perfil de Viewbug: escogieron y le dieron el Staff Favorite Award a mi foto « Climbing Villarica Volcano, » que había entrado al concurso « Hiking Photo Contest. » Tomé la foto hace 2 años bajando de la cumbre del volcán en la Región de los Lagos en Chile; fue una caminata bien empinada. J’ai pris cette photo en redescendant du-dit volcan après une randonnée très abrupte dans la Région des Lacs au Chili. Vous pouvez revivre l’aventure, ici.
