We don’t have much of a color change in southern France nor in Mexico when falls finally shows up… So being in the northern states of the USA to see the trees change colors these days is what I like best right now. It is what I’m like right now.
This picture was taken today on the road to Portland, OR.

[Fr] Dans le sud de la France comme au Mexique, les arbres ne changent pas beaucoup de couleur quand vient l’automne… Alors, me retrouver dans les états du nord des États-Unis au moment même où apparaissent toutes ces couleurs, c’est ce qui me plaît le plus aujourd’hui. C’est ce qui me décrit le mieux aujourd’hui.
J’ai pris cette photo aujourd’hui, sur la route vers Portland, Oregon.

Those are larch trees, also known as tamaracks, that change color in the fall. They may look like pine trees but they are not. Beautiful phto.

There’s nothing like autumn in the northern U.S. is there. Though I still think for the absolute best autumn has to offer you need to be in New England to see it 🙂
