Je vais d’un appartement à l’autre dans Paris, avec mon sac à dos et une valise contenant toutes mes possessions du moment. Et ça me va parfaitement. Hébergée par un ami et collègue de travail depuis mi-janvier, j’apprécie la simplicité de ma chambre qui s’harmonise tellement bien avec mon état d’esprit, mon besoin de lâcher-prise, ma capacité à vivre avec le peu que j’ai.
Une fois de plus, je remarque que c’est véritablement tout ce dont j’ai besoin matériellement: 4 murs et un toit, un lit, de quoi manger… et mon appareil photo pour attraper la lumière! 😉

In Paris, I go from one apartment to the next, with only my backpack and a small suitcase carrying everything I own right now. And I’m perfectly fine with it. Hosted by a friend and colleague since mid-January, I truly appreciate the simplicity of my bedroom which matches so well my state of mind, my will to let go, my ability to live with the little I have.
Once more, I realize that that’s truly everything I need materially: 4 walls and a roof, a bed, something to eat… and my camera to catch the light! 😉

En París, voy de un departamento a otro, con solamente mi mochila y una pequeña maleta conteniendo todo lo que tengo ahora. Y eso es absolutamente perfecto para mi. Me está hospedando un amigo y colega de trabajo desde mediados de enero; estoy muy agradecida de la simpleza de mi cuarto que se combina tan bien con mi estado de ánimo, mis ganas de dejar ir, mi capacidad de vivir con lo poco que tengo.
Una vez más, me doy cuenta de que éso es verdaderamente todo lo que necesito materialmente: 4 paredes y un techo, una cama, algo de comer… ¡y mi cámara para capturar la luz! 😉
