25 kms (total: 435 kms).
6 hours (+ 2h15 of breakfast and photo breaks).
9 – 23°C., sunny all day.
Favorites: a very good night’s sleep after diner and wine with the Aussies last night; walking 2/3 of the day with Annie, talking about our lives away from our countries of birth (she’s English but has been living in Australia for 25 years!); the breeze on our faces while traipsing those 17 kms on a straight line with no shade.
Downs: my hips and knees are a little sore today, but nothing a good massage and stretching won’t cure.
Stayed at La Tasca Don Camino (8€/night), at the end of the village, in Villalcàzar. Very clean, with garden and great food for diner (pilgrim’s menu at 10€, as usual).
Met James (US), Sophie (Scotland), Tatiana and Elena (E), the latter with whom I had diner and a bunch of laughs!
Tomorrow is another day on El Camino! 🙂
nothing a good massage and stretching won’t cure. – many men can only imagine… guess many of us would say, nothing COLD BEER can’t cure… LOL LOL LOL (considering the fact not only does it provide the thirst quenching beverage but also it provides a load of cabs that your body needs!!! LOL)
ah… if only I enjoyed a cold beer as much as I enjoy a good massage! 😉
Well, it’s not too late. You can train yourself… LOL LOL LOL
nope… I’ll stick with massages 😉
LOL Who cam blame you for it… 🙂
Les fous rires et les rencontres aident à dépasser les désagréments du chemin , c’est très bon pour le moral 😍
Ça c’est sûr! 😍😍
