A peine quelques heures au sud-est de Paris, se trouve la belle région de Bourgogne.
Un week-end, j’y suis allée me détendre et me dégourdir les jambes avec ma copine Ethel et sa mère. Elles ont une maison dans le petit village de Créancey. Sous le soleil, nous avons profité du jardin et des fruits qui y poussent. Elle m’ont également fait découvrir les petits villages du coin. Le tout d’un vert resplendissant, entouré de fleurs aux couleurs toutes plus vives les unes que les autres et un petit côté médiéval tout mignon.
Et puis, on est allées randonner un peu quand même! Tout ce vert autour de nous! Je crois que c’est ma nouvelle couleur préférée! Et le coquelicot, ma nouvelle fleur préférée!

Only a few hours in the south-east of Paris, is the lovely region of Burgandy.
One weekend I went there to relax and stretch my legs outside of town, with my friend Ethel and her mother. They have a house in the little village of Créancey. Under the sun, we enjoyed the garden and the fruits coming off the trees they care for. We also went on a stroll in the local villages nearby. Everything was of a splendid green, dotted with colorful wild flowers and showing the face of a medieval era.
We went hiking too, of course! I’m telling you, all that green around us! I believe it is now my new favorite color! And the poppy my new favorite flower!

A penas a unas horas al sur-este de Paris, se extiende la región de Borgoña.
Un fin de semana, ahí me fui, a relarjarme y desentumecer las piernas, con mi amiga Ethel y su madre. Tienen una casa en el pequeño pueblo de Créancey. Bajo el sol, disfrutamos del jardín y de las frutas que crecen. También me llevaron a descubrir los otros pueblitos de la región. Todo estaba de un verde en pleno resplendor, con flores de todos los colores y un aire de la Edad Media bien lindo.
También nos fuimos de caminata, ¡pues! Este verde profundo rodeándonos! Creo que se volvió mi nuevo color favorito! Y el amapola, mi nueva flor favorita!

Gorgeous shots, honey! The colors really are terrific. It’s been so dry here, but it’s raining this weekend. Though it’s still very green, the rain will clean the air and brighten everything up. Looking forward to it next week!
