Let the Sun Shine in!

Une semaine prolixe en reconnaissances!

C’est toujours avec un grand plaisir que je reçois et lis les commentaires d’abonnés à ce blog, ou lorsque de nouveaux lecteurs s’ajoutent à la liste et me disent combien ils apprécient mes Petits Pas.  Ils sont restés humbles et je ne prétends à rien de plus que partager mes petites expériences du quotidien avec ceux qui sont assez curieux pour s’y intéresser.  Et de mon côté, j’adore trouver encore et encore, via la toile – et surtout ces temps-ci le Weekly Photo Challenge auquel je participe toutes les semaines – de nouvelles inspirations.  Aussi, lorsqu’une nouvelle récompense accueille ces efforts d’écriture et de photographie (qui ne sont en fait qu’un nouveau moyen d’expression auquel j’ai décidément pris beaucoup de goût), j’en suis d’autant plus ravie, parce que cela signifie que j’ai pu, modestement, apporter ma pierre à l’édifice.

Aujourd’hui, je remercie particulièrement Sally et vous conseille fortement d’aller jeter un œil attentif à son site Lens and Pens by Sally (souvenez-vous de cliquer directement sur ce lien pour y accéder sans plus attendre!) car, en plus d’être une excellente photographe, elle a toujours le bon mot, la bonne anecdote, la bonne référence pour vous parler de ses photos.

[Español]  ¡Una semana prolija en reconocimientos!

Cada vez que me dejan un comentario los que siguen este blog expresando todo el bien que piensan de mis Petits Pas (Pequeños Pasos) o cuando se agregan nuevos lectores, me siento muy feliz.  Porque he tratado con mucha humildad de compartirles de la mejor manera posible, compartir las pequeñas o grandes experiencias de cotidiano con los que se sienten suficientemente curiosos para leerlas.  Además, cuando me toca, siempre me gusta encontrar una y otra vez en la red – y particularmente participando al Weekly Photo Challenge cada semana – nuevas inspiraciones.  Por eso, cuando me entregan otra recompensa por los esfuerzos que hago para escribir y sacar fotos (cuales ahora no son tantos esfuerzos como un nuevo medio de expresión que me da mucho gusto), me siento aún más feliz porque me da la impresión de que he llegado a participar, a dejar mi modesta huella en este mundo digital.

Hoy, quiero agradecerle particularmente a Sally, y les aconsejo a todos Uds que vayan a echar un ojo muy atento a su página Lens and Pens by Sally (acuerdense de hacer click directamente en este enlace para descubrirla más rápidamente), porque además de ser una fotógrafa excelente, siempre tiene la buena palabra, la buena anécdota, la buena referencia para hablarnos de sus fotos.

[English]  A profusion of recognitions!

I’m always happy when I read a new comment or see that someone new decided to follow my Petits Pas (Little Steps).  I tried to stay humble and I only pretend to share my everyday small or big experiences with those curious enough to read about them.  And, in my turn, I have great pleasure in finding on the cyber space – particularly thanks to the Weekly Photo Challenge I participate to every week – one inspiration after another.  So, obviously, I’m even happier when yet another award comes to tell me I’ve been doing good and that the efforts I put in writing and taking pictures have found their targets (specially because now, it’s not so much an effort as a new mean of expression I have come to truly enjoy).  Because it means that I have been able to do my share.

So today, I particularly want to thank Sally and highly recommend you all to go and have a look at her somptious page, Lens and Pens by Sally (remember to click directly on the previous link here to access to the website without further delay!), because, besides her being an excellent photographer, she also always has the right word, the right anecdote, the right reference to tell you about the stories her photos convey.
