[Fr] L’avantage de vivre à la plage, avec vue directe vers l’ouest, c’est que chaque jour se termine par un spectacle à couper le souffle: le coucher du soleil. Ici, sur l’île Holbox, au Mexique, on n’en rate pas un seul!

Indeed! And I already loved sunsets before I got to the island, but here I stop every night at 7pm when the sun passes on the other side because the show is always breath-taking 😊😊
Seeing that kind of beauty every day has to change a person. Are you changing? In what way? I remember the sunsets from my Grandmother’s beach house on the western shore of Lake Michigan and the coast of California. I could never see enough of them because I didn’t stay that long. Is there an ‘enough’ of sunsets?
I don’t think there can be such a thing of « enough » sunsets, although our friend’s kids seem to think so, having lived on the island their whole life. I sure enjoy each and everyone of them as if they were my first. I don’t know if they’ve changed me but I sure have learned to stop and stare more than I did before. Sunset are my favorites.
